The European Union (Definition of Treaties) (Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement) (Cuba) Order 2018 (revoked)
This Order declares the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Cuba, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 12th December 2016 (the Agreement), to be an EU Treaty as defined in section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
