The European Union (Definition of Treaties) (Partnership Agreement on Relations and Cooperation) (New Zealand) Order 2018 (revoked)
This Order declares the Partnership Agreement on Relations and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and New Zealand, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 5th October 2016 (the Agreement), to be an EU Treaty as defined in section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
