The Energy Bill Relief Scheme (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2022
These Regulations, which apply in Northern Ireland, establish the Energy Bill Relief Scheme for Non-Domestic Customers in Northern Ireland (“EBRS”). EBRS is a scheme for reducing the costs, to non-domestic customers, of being supplied with electricity or gas (“energy”) by a supplier that holds a supply licence under the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 or Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(1) to (4) and 26(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Energy Prices Act 2022.
