The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024
These Regulations make amendments to primary, secondary and assimilated legislation in consequence of, or in connection with, the coming into force of certain provisions of the Energy Act 2023 (c. 52) (“the Act”).

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 330(1) and (2) of the Energy Act 2023. In accordance with sections 330(5) and 331(3) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
