The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 154(1) and (2) of the Employment Rights Act 2025. In accordance with sections 154(4) and 156(6)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 2025, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
