The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2025
These Regulations make amendments to primary and secondary legislation in consequence of the coming into force of Parts 3, 4 and Chapter 2 of Part 5 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (c. 13) (“the Act”).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 336(1) and (2) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 336(3) of that Act.
