The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2025
These Regulations bring into force certain provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (c.13) (“the Act”) on 6th April 2025 and bring further provisions, relating to consumer savings, into force on 1st January 2026. These are the second commencement Regulations made under the Act.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 339(1) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
