The Deregulation Act 2015 and Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) (Savings) Regulations 2017
These Regulations make consequential amendments and savings provisions in relation to the provisions of the Deregulation Act 2015 and the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 commencing on 6th April 2017 by virtue of S.I. 2016/1016 and S.I. 2016/1020.
