The Lord Chancellor in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(3), (4) and (5) of the County Courts Act 1984, having consulted the Lord Chief Justice in accordance with section 38(5) of that Act, makes the following Regulations, a draft of which has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 38(7) of that Act.
