This Order replaces the Civil Courts Order 1983 (SI 1983/713) (“the 1983 Order”). It specifies the locations and names of the district registries of the High Court in England and Wales.
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, having consulted the Lord Chief Justice in accordance with that section, makes the following Order:
