The Consumer Composite Investments (Designated Activities) Regulations 2024
These Regulations designate activities in relation to consumer composite investments (“CCIs”) for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (c. 8) (“FSMA 2000”) (see Part 5A of FSMA 2000), replacing assimilated law revoked by section 1(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (c. 29) relating to packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (“PRIIPs”).
