The Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (Retail Disclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2024
These Regulations make transitional amendments to assimilated law repealed by section 1(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (c. 29), subject to commencement, relating to packaged retail and insurance-based investment products. The legislation being amended is:

Enabling power
The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023. The Treasury have consulted the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority in accordance with section 3(6) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023. A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 3(10) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023.
