The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (Barred List and Advisory List) Regulations 2026

Schedule 25 to the Crime and Policing Act 2026 (c. 20) (Special police forces: barred person lists and advisory lists) requires the Civil Nuclear Police Authority (“the Authority”) to maintain a “barred persons list” and an “advisory list” (as defined in paragraph 14 of that Schedule). These Regulations make provision relating to the operation of those lists.
