The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Protection Measures) Regulations 2014
These Regulations make provision to facilitate the application of Regulation (EU) No 606/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on mutual recognition of protection measures in civil matters (the “Protection Measures Regulation”) from 11th January 2015.

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972in relation to private international law, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.
