The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions Designation (No. 2) (Amendment) and the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions Designation (County of Cambridgeshire) (Huntingdonshire District) Order 2025
This Order designates Huntingdonshire District being a part of the area of the Cambridgeshire County Council as a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions, and as a special enforcement area, for the purposes of Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (c. 18).

Enabling power
the Act The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8(1) of Part 2 of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004(“”). Cambridgeshire County Council and Surrey County Council have applied to the Secretary of State for an order to be made in exercise of those powers, in respect of parts of their respective areas. The Secretary of State has consulted the chief officers of the Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Surrey Police, in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8(3) of Part 2 of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 10 to the Act.
