The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulationsin exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3), 12(2) and (3), 23(1), (2) and (8), 25(3), 27(6)(c) and (e), 30(2) and 41(1), (2) and (3)(b) and (c) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
