The Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2022 (revoked)
This instrument amends the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/704) so as to increase the weekly cash payment made by the Secretary of State in respect of the essential living needs of persons to whom the Secretary of State has decided to provide asylum support from £39.63 to £40.85.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 95(12) of, and paragraphs 1 and 3(a) of Schedule 8 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
