The Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (revoked)
These Regulations amend regulation 10(2) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/704) to provide that the weekly cash payment which may be made by the Secretary of State in respect of the essential living needs of persons to whom the Secretary of State has decided to provide asylum support is increased from £37.75 to £39.63.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 95(12) and paragraphs 1 and 3(a) of Schedule 8 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
