The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Diving Event, Edinburgh) Regulations 2014

From 30th July to 2nd August 2014 (inclusive) the Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh, will be the venue for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games’ diving events. For security and public safety reasons, the Chief Constable of Police Scotland has requested the Secretary of State to make Restriction of Flying Regulations for the area in the vicinity of Edinburgh. This request has been endorsed by the Safety and Airspace Regulation Group of the Civil Aviation Authority.
