These Regulations amend the Adoption and Fostering (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”).

The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1)(a), 140(7) and (8) and 142(5) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002and sections 87 and 196(2) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
