The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114, 115, 117, 120, 122to 123, 127, 135, 154 and 229 of, and paragraphs 1 to 3, 10 to 15, 17, 19 to 23, 26, 33, 36 and 37 of Part 1 of Schedule 5to, the 2008 Act, makes the following Order.
