Lower car insurance for first-time driver and 17-25 year olds, the average first car insurance is over £3k per year. How is an 18 year old going to afford that and their university bills.

Background
Make car insurance cheaper like it was before 2020. Im not saying it shouldn't be more expensive for teenagers but at current prices it's unreasonable.
