Review speed limits on all roads with street lights or without white lines
Review relevant law so that a speed limit of 30mph (48 km/h), or 20mph (32km/h) in Wales, generally applies to all roads with street lights (excluding motorways) and all roads without central white lines unless signs show otherwise.

Background
Apply the same simple logic of speed limits on specific urban roads to specific narrow rural roads where 60mph is also unsafe. We think this is needed to make the law sensible; to reduce road fatalities and to reset all modern Sat Navs that wrongly assume 60mph can be safely achieved on these narrow rural roads. The cost of this change is negligible (no signage necessary) and the benefits immediate.
