Pass a law that prevents lorries from overtaking one another on dual carriageways and motorways, following the examples of the Czech Republic and Germany.

Background
Lorries (trucks) should not be overtaking each other, as they are very slow (56 mph) and delay our journeys in vehicles such as cars and vans. It is also dangerous, causes traffic jams and increases pollution.
