E-Petitions policy in dire need for an urgent review as constitutionally unsound

In Mr Pymme's Speech in the House of Commons 17th April 1640 - he declared "Parliaments are those which purge us from all errors, & prevent others to come" Yet it is our petitions which are receiving the purging and not parliament because we do not get past an outrageous standards policy
