Make it illegal to wear a face covering in public.

Gangs of youths are using face coverings to hide their identities and evade police and CCTV. Big groups of them at night time on bikes and e-scooters and are very intimidating. Face coverings that aren't being used for religious or medical purposes should be banned in public spaces.
