Background
The water companies should be funding the additional investment required to ensure our water supply is clean, efficient, robust and provides sustainability for the environment - not the public who, in good faith, have been paying their water bills.
Ofwat should managed by members of the general public whose interests lie in ensuring water companies comply with their responsibilities.
Sustainable investment should be planned over a five year, ten year, twenty year and fifty year period.
