Require local authorities to appoint a park homes officer

We think Local Authorities may ignore their duties under existing Law to regulate, monitor and enforce compliance with Site Licence Conditions once issued. We think they may ignore concerns and complaints from Residents if the Site Owner breaches conditions of the Licence. We think many local authorities don’t have a designated person as a point of contact with full understanding of the Mobile Homes legislation to carry out the duties of the Authority required of them under the law.
