Create a national process to ensure Mobile Homes Legislation is fully enforced

We urge the Government to establish a national process to provide recourse for residents of licensed residential mobile homes to raise complaints against site owners when the Local Authority as Licencing Authority doesn't take action against breaches of Site Licence Conditions or other regulations
