This consultation seeks views on proposals for revenue support regulations in relation to the greenhouse gas removals (GGRs) and power bioenergy with carbon capture and storage (power BECCS) business models, including:
- direction to offer to contract
- publication of information
- counterparty’s ability to carry out its functions
- eligibility
The consultation is open to all, but we expect responses in particular from those directly affected by these proposals, or who have an interest in low carbon technologies, including:
- project developers
- voluntary carbon market (VCM) and Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) stakeholders
- financial investors
- trade associations
