Transposition of Directive 2014/94/EU on alternative fuels infrastructure

This consultation provides an opportunity for interested parties to comment on the proposed method of transposing the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Directive into UK law.

This introduces for the first time requirements around the provision, accessibility and design standards of refuelling infrastructure for alternatively fuelled vehicles and ships.

It also sets out the proposed method for enforcing compliance with the requirements set out in the directive.
