Summary
Defra sought your views on the proposed regulations for implementing the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) in the UK. The “Timber and Timber Products (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2013? will put in place the measures necessary to enforce the EUTR in the UK which enters into force, across the EU, from 3 March 2013.
