Meat Products (England) Regulations 2014

This consultation seeks views on the best way to keep quality standards for meat products from England.

The Meat Products (England) Regulations 2003 set standards on how much meat and what kinds of offal are allowed in meat products. They need to be updated following changes in European legislation.

This consultation will be of interest to the meat industry, food retailers, consumers and consumer groups.
