The directive has brought in a number of changes which aim to further facilitate the free movement of professionals within the EU.
We will use the views gathered by this consultation to help provide better guidance and inform our position in implementation discussions.
A draft impact assessment has been produced on the effect of the amendments. This is a separate document and can be found on this page. A final impact assessment will be produced and validated in light of any further evidence received from the consultation.
