European Protected Species (EPS): proposed changes to licence applications

Under the Accountability for Regulator Impact Scheme regulators need to consult with business using a Business Engagement Assessment (BEA) on significant proposed changes to policy, process or practice.

Natural England have prepared a BEA for changes we propose to the handling of European Protected Species (EPS) licence applications from April 2014.

We would welcome customer feedback, especially if you have evidence that supports, or provides a different perspective on the view we have taken on the impact of the proposals.
