Maximum speed limit for tractors on public roads

This consultation seeks views on options for increasing the maximum speed limit for conventional tractors in Great Britain, following recommendations made in the Farming Regulation Taskforce Report, 2011. We would like people to comment on the balance of costs and savings and the impacts arising from change.
