Heathrow and Gatwick: revised operational resilience plans guideline

The economic airport licences held by Heathrow and Gatwick airports gives us the right to update the guidance for writing operational contingency plans for these airports.The Civil Aviation Authority are seeking views on the new guidance on creating operational contingency plans.
