This consultation by the Government Chief Scientific Adviser seeks views on updating the ‘Government Chief Scientific Adviser’s Guidelines on Scientific Analysis in Policy Making’.

The guidelines were last revised in October 2005. This updating allows for developments in policy making best practice to be reflected.
