Modifications to NATS (En Route) plc licence in respect of governance and ring-fencing: initial proposals

Consultation seeking views about the Civil Aviation Authority’s initial proposals on how the air traffic services licence of NATS (En Route) plc (“NERL”) are to be amended. The changes come as the current arrangements for governance and ring-fencing are deemed to require strengthening.
