Implementing the revised EU electronic communications framework: overall approach and consultation on specific issues

This consultation looks at how we plan to implement in the UK the revised European framework on electronic communication and sets out the changes to the Universal Service Order to implement the revised framework. We are seeking feedback from stakeholders in the areas where the government has discretion on how to implement changes.
