Consultation on Reforming the Electronic Communications Code

This consultation seeks views on the Government’s draft revised Electronic Communications Code.

The Government invites submissions on all areas within the scope of the Code however invites specific responses on: the definition of land; how consideration is to be determined; upgrading and sharing apparatus; contracting out of the revised Code; the role of land registration; and transitional arrangements, savings and retrospectivity.
