HS1 Ltd periodic review 2019 (PR19): draft determination

Draft conclusions to the HS1 Ltd periodic review 2019 which is the process through which HS1 Ltd concludes its 5 year asset management statement. The 5 year asset management statement is for the next control period, from 1 April 2020 until 31 March 2025 and is a requirement of the concession that HS1 Ltd holds to:

• operate
• maintain
• renew the route

The final determination will be published in early 2020.
