Marketing and use of explosives precursors

This consultation concerns the implementation of policy and enforcement regimes to control the sale of explosives precursors, and the use and possession of precursors by the general public.

Northern Ireland already has existing precursor regulations, which have a wider scope in that they cover government bodies, and schools and colleges in addition to home users and businesses.There is therefore a specific consultation document for NI users to complete.
