Detail
We are consulting on the draft statutory code of practice supporting measures in the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023.
The purpose of the Act is to ensure that all tips are passed on to workers without deductions.
We are creating a statutory code of practice to provide guidance to employers and workers in tipping industries on the fair and transparent allocation and distribution of tips.
We welcome feedback from businesses, workers, customers and other interested parties to ensure this code is as helpful as possible.
