Rail investment framework update

The Office of Rail and Road’s (ORR) investment framework contains policy and guidelines setting out the legislation and processes for anyone who wishes to invest in the rail industry.

This consultation sought views on an updated version of ORR’s investment framework. Changes include making the information simpler and clearer to understand and removing any out of date content. There are no changes to ORR’s investment framework policy in this update.
