The Tribunal Procedure Committee is interested to receive your views as to possible changes to the General Regulatory Chamber Rules in relation to withdrawals of appeals.

In relation to the General Regulatory Chamber (GRC) the TPC is proposing possible amendments to the GRC Rules to achieve a simpler and more efficient way in which an appeal may be disposed upon the decision under appeal being revoked/withdrawn by the decision-maker.
Responses to the consultation will be considered by the TPC.
