Possible amendments to Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008

The Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC) welcomes views on possible changes to the to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008 regarding proposed changes to the way that the First-tier Tribunal decides cases referred to the Tribunal pursuant to Section 68 Mental Health Act 1983.

Stakeholder views are sought on whether such rules should be adopted as well as the content of such rules.
