Detail
This consultation is about the proposal to introduce an offence to fine an individual up to £1000 and to revoke their GB driving licence if they are found to be holding more than one EU/EEA driving licence at any one time. The Third European Union Directive on Driver Licensing requires member states to ensure that domestic law clearly prohibits anyone from holding more than one EU/EEA driving licence at any given time.
