This consultation seeks your views on the proposed high speed rail route from the West Midlands to Manchester, Leeds and beyond and also on its sustainability impacts for communities and the environment. You are invited to provide your views on how the potential freight and passenger capacity released by HS2 could be used. You can also have your say on the opportunities to introduce provisions for other utilities along the line of route, such as water, electricity and flood management schemes.
