Weights and Measures (Revocations) Regulations 2015

This consultation seeks views on the draft Weights and Measures (Revocations) Regulations 2015, which intends to revoke redundant national legislation that implemented the ‘old approach’ directives, in line with Directive 2011/71/EU.

This draft Statutory Instrument also proposes to revoke the Capacity Serving Measures (Intoxicating Liquor) Regulations1988 (as amended) which has been superseded by the Measuring Instruments Directive (2004/22/EC).
